Meet Nina

I am a naturopath, osteopath, and physiotherapist – and I wholeheartedly support couples on their journey to parenthood. My main focus lies in understanding and balancing the female cycle.

I’m fascinated by how finely tuned and powerful the female body is – and how much potential lies in a well-understood cycle. In my practice, I combine solid medical knowledge with natural healing methods to help women connect with their bodies and gently support fertility.

Gynecology is a central theme for me – especially because so many myths and misconceptions still persist in this field. I am passionate about helping women understand the natural functions of their bodies in a clear, honest, and empowering way. Because knowledge is power – especially when it comes to your own body.

Creating a space where trust, individuality, and mindfulness are at the core of the work is deeply important to me. Every woman and every couple brings a unique story – and I tailor my support to reflect that.

Today, I dedicate part of my work to supporting couples on their parenthood journey. With sensitivity, professionalism, and heart, I offer coaching that creates space for emotional processing, clarity in decision-making, and empowerment throughout this meaningful life phase. Whether it’s exploring options, navigating relationship dynamics, or preparing mentally for parenthood, I’m here to walk this path alongside you.

My fascination with the human mind and behavior led me to study Psychology. After moving from Romania to Germany, I embraced a new cultural environment and I took on various roles that expanded my perspective and deepened my understanding of human dynamics in different environments.

In 2022, I returned to my roots and trained as a systemic business and personal coach (ECA certified), combining my psychological foundation with practical coaching tools.
